No problem, we have you covered! Our garden boasts 97 organic-only garden plots to fit nearly any appetite for your growth as a gardener. The cost to lease for one year varies with plot size and gardener income but all of the water and tools are included with your plot.

We have a few plots available for rent at 11th and 15th Avenue Gardens for reduced rate in 2026.

Full (F) Plots (20’x20′)

Cost: $120/400 sq.ft.
Qualified Low Income Cost: $60

Half (H) Plots (10’x20′)

Cost: $80/200 sq.ft.
Qualified Low Income Cost:$40

Raised (R) Plots (4’x8′)

Cost: $40/32 sq.ft.
Qualified Low Income Cost: $20

*Pollinator (P) Plots are not leased but shared
